I spoke direct to Steve about my fridge problem. He got back to me in about one hour to advise when he was coming, and arrived on time. He gave fridge a general check and questions were asked about prior repairs. He thought there could be two problems. One was an easy repair but the other not worth doing. He explained well why. I went with the easy fix. His charges were as explained. He was careful with moving the fridge to not scratch the floor and wiped up the floor were there was water. Excellent service. I will have him back.
Called in to repair a washing machine that wont turn on. Advised me that he'll arrive between 2pm-4pm, however arrived later than that so I had to cancel my plans for the rest of the day. When asked of his whereabouts as i grew weary waiting, he said that he was purchasing some parts, and that was all. Upon determining that a fuse in the washing machine circuit required a replacement, the repairman, for some unknown reason, thought it would be fine to directly connect both ends at the damaged fuse while the appliance was live, overloading the circuit board and permanently damaging the appliance, rendering it unrepairable unless the circuity be replaced (which is very expensive and not feasible in comparison to the purchase price of the appliance). Not only did the repairman wasted my time, but also charged me for his own fatal error that essentially ruined my washing machine. What an absolute joke of an incompetent technician. I highly recommend that people stay away from this repair service in the hopes they are not doomed to a similar fate as me.
Called them up. They said they'd have a technician call me to set up an appointment. That was a few days ago now. I won't be calling this company again.
Good washing machine repair service. I was having a problem with my Bosch not filling properly. Home Appliance Doctor came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and replaced the appropriate parts. Professional, well-priced service.
The Home Appliance Doctor arrived on time and was very helpful and friendly. My oven was fixed quickly and on the spot.
Fixed the freezing mechanism on the ice maker of my Westinghouse fridge. Did a good job and the fee for the call out and to complete the work was very reasonable.
