Angelita represented us as our conveyancing solicitor and helped us buy our first property. After having a bad experience with a different conveyancer in the past, and after hearing terrible stories that others have experienced with their conveyancers/solicitors, we honestly did not have much hope in finding someone good for one of the properties that we were bidding, and were literally blank wondering whom to approach. However, thanks to google and to the other users for their reviews here, I contacted Angelita and every moment after that I and my wife really felt blessed to have availed her services. Angelita represented us as our solicitor for two properties that we attempted to buy and helped us through to the settlement for third property which we were able to successfully purchase. A short summary of our experiences: 1) All of Angelita's responses were very prompt and in most cases almost immediate. Not once we had to follow-up for a response. 2) She is very approachable, very modest, very patient, very friendly and highly knowledgeable. As a first home buyer, it was really comforting to be represented by her. 3) Highly proactive, she is always miles ahead in her duties than the conveyancer on the other side. 4) Very transparent, at every step we were communicated about the progress and happenings. Not once we had to reach out ourselves for an update. And the list goes on.... I would very highly recommend Angelita and her firm to everyone for their superior all-round service.
