Close to Paramatta train station, but not a very convenient location for other parts of city. Bit difficult to find your way in and out as roads around are confusing.Road Infront is one-way so need to plan your route properly. On a business day morning up to level 4 easily gets filled.
They lock your car in after their closing hours and even though they display a number to call to get the doors remotely opened the line isn’t managed. My partner spent half an hour trying to contact them because his life support machine was in the car. Took two people calling on repeat for any response.
Don’t park on weekends- they shut you in after 2pm, and charge 40 to hold the car against your will. 125 to get after hours service to remove it sooner. And above all, very poor/no signage telling you this. Will never park here again

THE WORST CAR PARK EVER. I WAS STUCK FOR HALF AN HOUR BECAUSE THE TICKET WASN'T READABLE AT THE EXIT MACHINE. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE TO HELP AND WAITED 20MINS ON THE PHONE TRYING TO REACH SOMEONE AND NO ANSWER. AS I WAS WAITING FOR A MIRACLE ANOTHER PERSON HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND FINALLY SOMEONE SPOKE TO US INTO THE SPEAKER AND ISSUED US NEW TICKETS. WON''T PARK THERE ANYMORE.
