Not even worth a 1 star rating. Disgusting aftercare service. Camera was brought a month ago- 1st time usage circuited my SD card! I lost all my priceless photos from my holiday and had a renown data retrieval company look into it- they said the camera circuited, blew the card and corrupted the data on the SD. Advised to take the camera back to place of purchase. At Paxtons Parramatta today, my partner and was served by a ridiculously rude staff member - Julia (supposedly manager on duty), who told him with her 45yrs experience cameras do not have faults. "They are not faulty items, therefore we will NOT give you a refund or exchange it for you. You can contact Olympus yourself as this is not our problem and we will do nothing else for you". Great to see that they will happily provide the service on the sales front and take your money, when there is a fault you are pretty much told to F*** off and deal with it yourself ? Julia should take her 45yrs experience for a hike- surely she does know that any electronics can fault and namely Olympus Cameras- their own website starts errors and faults and recalls in many of their lines... How can a camera store manager not know this and claim that they never will have a fault? No compassion, resolution or assistance on the next step. Atrocious behavior- do NOT buy anything from this store. I will be taking it further with their head office, fair trading and we will do our own work from here. Never again will i visit a Paxton store and i will make sure this experience will be shared with everyone. Social media does wonders. Disgusted Customer 26/2/16

I walked out of Camera House fuming, I have never experienced such horrendous customer service from any store when in market for a Go-Pro 3-way mount and Super Suite. I was so relieved to have stepped in here, they did not only priced matched with digidirect they beat it by 5%. If you are shopping for camera and accessories in Westfield Parramatta, you know where to go.
Very good customer service. They happily exchange my D5500 ( bought from them ) for a D7200 after couple of weeks !!
Called Minh to enquire about a Fuji XF10-24 lens. After I was happy with the price he quoted, I expressed my interest to buy and asked him to order one for me. He ordered it immediately without asking for a deposit and promised to call me as soon as the lens arrived. He rang me back later in the afternoon to tell me that it has arrived and said he will keep it for me till I come to pick it up. When I got there the following day, Minh was there helping me very professionally. I will always come back if I continue to get service like what Minh had provided me.
I have been a customer at Paxtons Parramatta for last three years. i have been served by Minh, the customer service is excellent, always they explain about the product in detail and help choosing the right product.
Went there on AustraliaDay to buy a Canon 50mm F1.8 STM Me: What's the price of the Canon 50mm F1.8 STM (pointing at the lens on display)? Sales guy: 199 Me: Would you price match with Sales no: NO Me: Ted's camera (That's right, he said "no" before I mentioned the name of the competing shop) He: if they have it on their website, I can, if not I won't. Me and him check online and I saw that the price had increased at Ted's to 169. He: I can price match to 169 Me: Nah, leave it. He laughs in a dirty way (sort of like "what a cheapy") Overall experience: Not sure why, but this older guy was really nasty to me the minute I stepped into the store. Maybe he wasn't happy working on AustraliaDay, maybe he was racist, maybe grumpy by nature. Don't think I would have bought it for 149 from him anyways. Was just too nasty to begin with. Anyways, I went down to Camerahouse, saw the Canon 50mm F1.8 STM on display for 149. Was offered helped, said I wanted to buy that lens. They had it in stock, paid for it and took it home. Happy. Would not visit this Paxton's store again.
