We have recently purchased our vehicle from Jaguar Parramatta. We had the pleasure of dealing with one of their sales executive Mina Fikri. Mina had excellent customer service, he was with us every step of the way, always keeping us informed and up to date on our purchase. We are very happy about our new purchase with Jaguar Parramatta. Would highly recommend them especially Mina Fikri.

Keep your money in your pocket and go elsewhere! If I could give them NIL stars I would! We purchased a brand new Jaguar XJR575 from Parramatta and it was delivered with an awful creaking noise, broken rear sunblind, flat battery and the pre-delivery had not been completed (soft close doors not connected). The XJR was returned for repairs at Parramatta and when it came back (with 200 extra kms on it) it was damaged and someone had attempted to (badly) repair this! Now, Parramatta are saying denying any responsibility and we have had to involve Jaguar Australia. This is our third Jaguar Land Rover and this experience is AWFUL! Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
I've spent the last two weeks trying to book a service for my Disco. Their web booking form does not work as it cannot locate a service dealer no matter what postcode I enter in. Secondly when I try to book a service via phone on 7803 4102 after selecting the service menu option the phone just rings endlessly and no one picks up. I've tried five times now. I am starting to wonder if they are actually open.
service is great to me! I get a smile on my face everytime I walk in good or bad.
This Jaguar dealer has unprofessional and rude staff (Benjamin Bui, Jack Parte and Vince Grech) who ruined my parents experience of buying their dream car. Please go buy from some other dealer who will appreciate their customers and understands that someone is giving them their hard earned money.
This Jaguar dealer is rather small, lacking facilities but having rude staff. We were browsing for about 10 minutes, only to have two salespeople catch sight of us and choose to ignore. We were going to ask, but seeing that they had other things in mind, we decided to leave. I would not recommend this dealer and there are plenty other Jaguar dealers (and car manufacturers) that will better suit your needs.
My husband and I bought a new car (Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014) recently from Trivett Jaguar Parramatta and I must say we were very impressed with the customer service. Long (the salesperson) was very helpful, answering all our questions and never pushy to buy the car. He also let my husband and I take separate test drives for the car as we had our kids asleep in our car. He was also very kind to offer my kids juice and biscuits. From the moment we arrived at the dealership till leaving with the car, Long's customer service was outstanding, professional and the best we have ever recieved from any car dealership. We took the car home the day we purchased it, however, Long said to bring it back again a couple of days later for detailing and a wash as well as fill it up with petrol. He also arranged for us a car from the dealership to use while our new car was with them. He even sent us batteries in the mail for our spare key as the batteries were dead. Also, when we went to pick up the car, he was also kind enough to help my husband set up the kids car seats and move our things back to our new car. When we finalized our car purchase, we were also given a snack gift pack for my husband and I to enjoy that evening. This is what you call first class customer service was and it made us feel that they really care about customer service and making the customer happy. Thanks so much Long and the team at Trivett Parramatta for a very positive car buying experience. We thank you for your great customer service and professionalism. We really enjoy our car and are very happy with our purchase. We will definitely come back and see you when we decide to update our car.
Recently purchased my first Jaguar after owning a number of other prestige branded vehicles. Wasn't sure what to expect when we visited Trivett but would have to say it was probably the best service we have experienced at any dealership over many years of buying new vehicles! From the moment we walked in the door Josh was there to greet us & ensure that our experience was a great one. When we arrived, we weren't even sure we wanted a Jag, but after many questions, much discussion & a couple of test drives (& lots of patience from Josh), we decided on a vehicle. That was on Wednesday & Josh had it ready to pick up on Friday. Overall a great experience & would certainly recommend Josh if you're looking for a Jaguar.
