Worst customer experience ever, was promised one price over the phone drove down and spoke to the sales guy Mark and he said they wouldn't honor what was said over the phone. I drove over 20 mins and no explanation at all. Poor customer experience and service avoid this store. Negative 5 star review.

Bought a DJI Mavic 2 Pro from them at an absolutely unbeatable price, not a signal store in Sydney would price match it . Mark was especially helpful and put one away for me, let me know when the sale would end and how much stock was left, overall amazing sales person. Super happy with my purchase, a must visit for anyone interested in cameras or drones.
I needed to print over 100 4x6 inch photos, and after having them printed very poorly at Big W, i decided to try this website. The program was easy to use and the photos were delivered within 3-4 days. The price to print and deliver was reasonabe. Once recieved, the photos were of good quality, good contrast and brightly coloured. I would use this service again in the future.
Needed a new camera for an upcoming photoshoot. Parramatta cameras were quick to respond to all my questions and once I ordered the camera, my order was fulfilled right away. It's my first time using them but from the experience I've had, it most likely won't be the last!
Value for money and great service. Would just like to thank them for the prompt service and delivery of our order. It arrived a day earlier than expected, which in the current climate made a pleasant surprise. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone before placing my order, I had phoned probably 5 minutes before they closed, gave me answers to my questions, filled me with confidence to place my order online as he suggested.
Prices are good comparison to other shops, and staffs are knowledgeable and very nice. Recommend to visit, and you can do a shopping here.
