I was suspicious about a quote for specified repairs from a other well-known service centre. After speaking with a very helpful and polite team member I took my vehicle in for inspection. It turns out that the so called urgent repairs required are not needed - two mechanics went over my car and couldn't find anything wrong. I'm grateful for the honesty and fantastic customer service received and have booked in for a service in two weeks time.
It's the second time to do car service here, and the staff are very enthusiastic. Service is very professional. When you leave, you will obviously feel that the car is in good condition and comfortable to drive. The price is much more cost-effective than the original service, and it has the same quality assurance as the original factory.
