My son was fitted up for a suit by Jenny, she was fabulous. Obviously super experienced we were in and out in no time, no fuss. She was funny and professional and made my son feel very comfortable. I loved that she wasn't pushy either. Thank you.

We contacted formal image to have suits made for females in our wedding party. We were assured that they could tailor custome made female suits and they had done it before. We attended a appointment and were all measured up. We sent photos and had numerous discussions about what were wanted and were reassured it was not a problem. When we got the suits back we were so disappointed as they looked nothing like what we had asked for. We had to send them back twice for tailoring and they still looked awful. We gave up and decided to go to a tailor in the city. Our new tailor was horrified at how much we paid for the suits and said the tailoring and materials were poor quality. When I asked the lady at the store why the suits were so different to the photos I sent she said her email wasn’t working and she hadn’t seen the photos. However she didn’t disclose this to me until after the suits had been made. We also had to pay for all suits up front as we were told the tailor would not start making the suits until full payment was made. This should have set off alarm bells from the start. What is so heart breaking was that our new tailor said he could have made our suits with higher quality materials for the same price. I would give these guys a miss. You can get better quality suits elsewhere. Also, when you book a fitting appointment it’s not exclusively yours. They allow walks ins during your appointment time so you don’t have their full attention. Very disappointed.

I was beyond impressed with the service I received at Formal Image (and we also used Vision In White for my gown and my bridesmaid dresses). They had a wide range of suits to choose from, and the staff were so friendly and helpful even though we were really stressing! Everything was on time, and perfect! They really took the stress out of the clothing side of things, and had great ideas for us for our whole wedding. I will definitely be coming back for any formal wear, and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
We used Formal Image for our wedding in August they were great. We got married in Fiji and had to hire the suits for 10 days - but they gave us a really good package. Staff very friendly. I recommend them highly. David & Kate
