Staff are asking questions that detectives don't ask.
Service was great and providing people followed simple instructions would've been faster!But you kept the flow going. Greeted with a smile and you didn't have to wait 30 to 60 minutes to move up the queue. Awesome job Thank you
Line was to long just to check in, I didn't stay. The fact that Medicare and Centrelink are now combined is a joke, lines are much longer than they should be.
I'm sorry to hear the bad experiences other people have had, but I've had very good experience with then. In particular, Janine was incredibly helpful both times I visited. She spent a lot of time guiding us on our medicare and other benefits. She went out of her way in helping get all our documents sorted.
