I had my depreciation report by BMT in 2007 but only gave the 3 parts of the total depreciation for the first 10 years. They gave the "total" depreciation for 40 years but without the split. After 10 years when I contacted them to get the rest of the report for the 3 parts of the depreciation, they said they want to charge another 220 for that which is insane. I have similar report done by Deppro for a different property 2 years before that time but they gave the full 40 year report at once for a similar fee as BMT. I certainly will not recommend BMT for this reason.

My landlord organised an inspection for one morning (requiring me to organise a late start at work). The inspection was cancelled, but no one called to let me know, and no one answered when I rang to find out what was going on. A bit of a waste of a morning, and work leave. When it came to the inspection, it went smoothly and quickly.
