Would likely spend a bit more next time on a better run business and experience. Late morning delivery, at least a day late for pick up (still in my driveway currently), which wouldn't be a big problem if they hadn't blocked off my driveway due to an overweight driver who couldnt reach the controls, therefore couldnt place in my desired location (other companies have had no issue). They sub-contract their services, so it is the chosen companies fault, this company being DAPM. However, Best Price Skips brushed off my placement issue based on a google maps image somehow... I have seen emails sent from Best Price to DAPM Bins, but DAPM clearly doesnt care as no contact or replies were made on their behalf. If you do use this company, certainly request it is not subbed to DAPM.

Didn’t drop off the bin till mid afternoon but still charged full price. You’ll get your bin when it suits them and when you call to sort it out you basically get told to get lost and some lame excuse about Covid. Perhaps they should put on their website that they don’t deliver when you want but only at a time that suits them. At least that would be letting the customer know the quality of service to expect

My bin was not dropped off on the day it was requested (one day early) and not picked up on the day requested (two days late) despite their assurances. When I phoned to try sort out drop off and pick up issues they would either not answer the phone or hang up or the message bank would be full. You'll get your bin when it suits them, not you - totally unreliable.
