Extremely rude. I called to check whether they had beads and they said yes and whether I could pop in the next.day and the answer was yes. Drove 40 kilometers to buy crystals and beads but they said I needed to make an appointment Asked availability and they said they work from home so I could pop in anytime. Refused to show me their collection because it was not convenient. Never go there again and DON'T call them because the information you receive is misleading. No sense of customer service. I have to pick a star and the lowest is 1 star which they do not even deserve. The experience was disappointing, misleading, and embarrassing. No Stars
