A great place for water therapy. Indoor pool is heated. Will be ideal for winter. Just a little effort to remove debris from bottom of pool and a little more effort to clean the toilets. Otherwise I would recommend the pool to everyone.

The past 2 years the school Swimming carnival has been hosted here. Always great the staff are attentive and the grounds and pool well kept! Thanks again for another great year!

Everything is good until you want to cancel your membership. You cannot cancel your kids swimming lessons over the phone or even in person. They force to you cancel online and if you miss the confirmation email then they are all to happy to keep charging you. When you find out that they are still charging and call up for help they tell you they cant do anything about it and that you still have to cancel online...

Good facility but no policy or decency maintained as children of considerable age take shower nude just beside the pool. Authority was informed but not action.. its a shame.

Don't bother wasting your time with your children here. The car park is gravel based and terrible, it flings up and chips your car paint. It's too busy and people struggle to find car parking. Had a car almost side swipe mine as the road was too narrow. They make you use a parent portal that doesn't allow you to book weekends (pointless and time wasting) and doesn't work for full-time parents. The trainer Ms Maddy talks to you in a condescending tone and expects you to know all the songs and movements, even if you have only been there once before and everything is still all new to you. They rush you through the enrolment process and fail to go over everything you need to know because the line of people waiting, and get frustrated. If there was a zero star option I would give them that. The fee's are not cheap either, you would expect more from a facility like this hosted by Brisbane City Council. You have been warned, do not go here. Also, if you pay for classes in advance and end up cancelling they refuse to refund you. If you paid by card just ask your bank to perform a back-charge because they can't charge you for a service you never received. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

A really welcoming atmosphere with top notch people. Great facilities, the gym is practically brand new, cross fit out the back for those who are into that, pools are really nice too even in the winter they are heated Can't say more about the Parkinson Aquatic centre

Firstly thankyou for providing the facility - I do appreciate the 50m pool and gym / group fitness facilities. I do like the friendliness of the staff. What I have a major problem with is the performance of the staff duties. Lets be honest young inexperienced staff can be paid less. Lets start with pool lifeguards actually stopping young kids sitting on the lane ropes. Bet it doesn't happen.
