To date it has been a mixed ride extremely highly priced without the service to match. Currently in dispute with them as they want full payment before final fitting having taken a 50% deposit. Service has been very poor and confusion over fit up. Ben has been helpful that is where it ends

We had the luminette sheers / blinds installed into our fully renovated apartment 12 months ago. The luminette's were the last item to be installed and are the icing on the cake of our dream home! Right from our initial showroom meeting, through to in home consultations and installation, dealing with park shutters and blinds was fantastic. A few months ago I noticed an issue with the fabric on one of the blinds and I was really upset as the issue was very noticeable and spoilt the look of these gorgeous blinds. I shouldn't have worried! A few phone calls and photos of the problem were exchanged and Park Shutters and Blinds had arranged a replacement, which was installed last week. I could not be happier with the outcome. The fix was exceptional customer service and Im very thankful to the team at Park Shutters and Blinds. I wold not hesitate to recommend them!
Originally good to work with the retail store and their fitter installing our motorised Luxaflex blinds. We were pleased once minor bugs were fixed with the wiring. Now minor repair to fabric of one blind under warranty is required but all 4 needed to be removed back to the Luxfaflex factory. We were advised that this would only take a couple of days. This has now taken the whole week and blinds still not returned before the start of long sunny weekend. The problem appears to be delay at Luxaflex and communication between them and Park Shutters. This is very frustrating and expectation not met. Update Jan 2021 - contrary to the response from the owner, the blinds were still in the warranty period. Luxaflex did replace them once, but the measurement was too short and another replacement was needed. However the blinds were ok until finally the appropriate size replacement blinds were installed and all is well. All good now it's done, but more drama than needed by all parties.
