Very rude over the phone. Amy stated she was having a lunch break between 1-5pm and was unable to assist. We had booked for 5 people but unfortunately did not receive the details to transfer payment. Instead of being helpful she stated that there was nothing she could do .

Loved the place. It was our first Escape Room experience so can’t compare how it is in comparison to other places. But we had fun and exciting time there
Booked for a Saturday night and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately the morning of our booking my father had a serious accident and was rushed to hospital. I called Para Park immediately to see if something could be done regarding our booking. Not only were we told cancellation was out of the question but we couldn’t even reschedule the another day either. I understand that during these times business are stretched and probably hear every excuse under the sun for cancellation, but we also spent money for a fun night out and had to cancel due to situations out of our control. I only wish it was a made up excuse! The rude woman, the owner I was told, was unfriendly, unhelpful and unwilling to help at all given the circumstances. Even after explaining my reason for having to cancel I was laughed at. Maybe try giving your customers some form of empathy, even if you can’t give them a refund! A real shame as well as we were also considering this business for our work Christmas party.
It was a great experience! We did the gateway room and it was challenging enough. The staff were really friendly, would definitely recommend
We went for my partners birthday, it was our first escape room experience and we did not realise we booked the hardest rated room! We had a group of 5 Adults and two kids (aged 11 and 12) and we all had a really great time. We were very happy that we managed to solve the room with only 30 seconds left. Everyone helped solving puzzles, it was a real team effort. Would happily come back here if we are back in Sydney and definitely want to try other puzzle rooms when back home.
My friends and I came in after calling to check for a booking and we went in to ask for information about the room. The owner told us that we cannot come in and ask questions and told us to just go on the website and said “Don’t come”, saying we can’t ask questions in person despite it not being a policy and we were all wearing masks and sanitising our hands so it was not for medical reasons. The owner’s behaviour towards us and her service was appalling. Just as we were about to pay for a room, she insisted that it wasn’t a room for ‘kids’ and had repeatedly antagonising behaviour towards us for no reason. It was a terrible experience and I will not be going back.
Have done several Australia Day evenings here. They always have live music to sit back and listen to. Plenty of grassed area to lay back on.... don't forget picnic blanket to sit on. There are a number of outlets for food and drinks and some rides for the kids. The night always ends in a good fireworks display
Great fun, hints we're only provided when they were needed . Great puzzles and well made rooms!.
