WARNING - deal with this company at your own risk. I bought a table setting on 6 Dec 2020 (approx 570) and by 6 March 2021 it had still not arrived even though the receipt said that it would be dispatched within three days. I tried to contact the company many times over this period and when they did bother to take my call they would make excuses and say that they would call back - but of course did not. I finally asked for my money back after 3 months of waiting and although they said they would give a refund they did not. I eventually had to raise the transaction dispute with my bank. If I could give less than a one star review I would!

This company has a great website with some fantastic items but is let down badly by its customer service and clearly has taken no notice of all the bad reviews it gets. I was promised a refund on the 17th December for an item they couldn't deliver in time for Christmas. Since then I have sent another 7 emails which elicited a further 3 "promises" to make a refund which has finally arrived - 2 months after the first "promise"! I think this is a real shame because if the company had simply done what it promised to do I would have placed further orders. As it is, there is no way I would risk dealing with this company again.

I advise you to be careful using this store. I bought an item on 03 December, 2020 and was told it was in stock and had been sent. I requested information on the tracking order and was never given the information. I rang, was hung up on, have emailed numerous times. Told I would get a refund that didn't come either. Put in a complaint to Queensland Fair Trading and told them that. Had a refund within the hour. Ruined Christmas as the present never existed. One star rating is too high.

Placed an order for an item on the 6th that stated 2-3 day dispatch. 10 days later, heard nothing from them regarding my order. I had to chase them for my order status only to be told that it was on backorder and wouldn't be sent until at least the 15th of Jan. It was also admitted on the phone that they had forgotten to update their website. I was given the option to think about a refund, and to contact them when I had decided. When I tried to call back the phone would be answered, then hung up. I would really like my money back for a Xmas present I won't be able to give

I ordered 2x Heiku Leaf Wall Hangings (set of 2) 119.95 Received only 1? Have now sent 3x emails, 1x text and phoned (voice mail only) and have not ANY response. Be very careful doing business with this company!

I purchased two wall photo frames from this business on Tuesday and they arrived on Thursday. They are beautiful and were very well-packaged. All staff members that I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional and I am very happy with my purchase. I definitely would not hestitate to buy from them again.

Cant believe these guys are still doing business and scamming people out of their money. By the looks of recent feedback, nothing has changed. I purchased an item for several hundreds of dollars in Sept 2014 and never saw the product. Many emails and many promises up till 2015 and no refund and no items and as they had hoped I gave up chasing it. Be warned!! When I eventually visit Queensland I will certainly be paying them a visit face to face.

Extremely angry and disappointed with this company. Paid more than 200 for an order on 9/11/ 2020 and still not received. No communication either. Disgusting lack of customer service.
