After trying different diets and gyms this is the only one I have achieved amazing results. I have completed the 6 week challenge twice and achieved my weight goals. The classes are suited to all fitness levels. Super friendly which you don’t get at other gyms. Love and miss the sauna.

I love fighting fit for so many reasons. Its so clean, has very friendly and helpful staff, lots of equipment so there is no need to have to wait for a machine. I love that I can take my kids to the day care even on holidays and the sauna just adds an extra touch. Best gym I've been to thus far and I highly recommend it especially for Mums and Dads to take advantage of the in gym daycare facilities .

Fighting fit was the first BIG gym I've signed up to. Staff are always so welcoming and easy going. So much space do your own thing & enjoy yourself while at it. Even their group PT is so good to motivate and push yourself to the end, which makes it easy in such a positive and motivating environment at Fighting Fit.

Super good quality gym with modern amenities readily available. Very spacious and they have a comfortable and pleasant workout environment where people not only go to train and exercise, but also to unwind and recharge. I love the friendly attitude of the staff members and they motivate me to exercise harder, and make me want to come back to the facility. Definately the best gym in Pakenham!

Great gym with lovely staff! Can not wait to get back there when restrictions end. Also great to have a care centre for kids on site - makes it so much easier to get your fitness back after having babies! Definitely recommend!

The facilities are awesome and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I did a six week challenge and got fantastic results. The accountability factor and support was great. Online workouts during covid have been fun too.
