My elderly Grandmother took her vehicle into this workshop with a passenger window that wasn't operational and stuck in the down position. A technician diagnosed her vehicle to have a faulty window regulator and proceeded to tell her that the job could cost up to 1000 dollars and the parts would not arrive before Christmas. Due to her situation she has had to use public transport/walk as she could not secure her vehicle whilst shopping or when at the doctors. As a mechanic myself, the issue was found within a matter of seconds, she had accidentally bumped the passenger window lock switch, and sure enough once it was pressed the window went straight up. Unfortunately living interstate, i wasn't able to help her fix it until CHRISTMAS day (2 weeks after her mortifying price quote). As a fellow technician, im very unhappy that she was put in this position.
We have never used this service before but from now on we will recommend this business friendly service.
Wouldn't come here again. Took my car in 7:40am in the morning and to get a call at 2pm updating on what's wrong with my car and then in an hr after they called back that my car was done and they only did the service I wanted. Went to check if my back break light was fixed and it wasn't and i asked the front desk about it and she said oh he must of missed it. That raised alarms and thinking what else did they miss & did they even do anything to my car besides give it a wash. They even stated that they checked all fluid levels and all lights which is lies. Surely they left my car sitting there looking pretty and nothing was done. Never again.
