I haven’t received what i ordered and none is reply to my email.... very disappointed I will go to report to post police for internet frode 77 dollars stolen from my pocket

After receiving an email saying my order was ready to pick up in-store, I travelled all the way there, only to have the girl tell me there was an issue with delivery that day and that they didn't have my order. Then why email me with confirmation it's ready to collect? She told me the order would definitely be ready for collection the following day, and that I should call to confirm. I called the following day, and no, the order was still not ready. I received an Aus Post shipping notice that it would be delivered to me, and I figured, okay, that's the least they could do. When I received my order, the wallet clasp was damaged (wouldn't close) and it was just generally bad quality. Not what I expected, as I had purchased from here many times before. The keychain was monogrammed off-centre and slanted, and it looks so cheap. I emailed customer service about my issue, and they responded, albeit slowly, and asked that I fill in a returns form and return the items for inspection, etc. I requested a refund as I didn't want to use these items, even if they replaced them, because the quality is POOR. After I received a notification that they had received my returns, I waited TWO WEEKS. No response. I emailed them again, enquiring about the progress of my refund. Completely ignoring my request for a refund, they decided to replace the wallet and send it back to me but apparently the keychain "meets their quality standards". It does not. There was a spot of gold dropped in the centre of my monogram, the monogram itself was slanted on a heart-shaped keychain. Anyone with eyes could see that. So they stated in the email that they would send the poorly monogrammed keychain back to me. I have never experienced such poor communication and service from a modern company. This will be the last time I correspond with this brand as the quality is terrible and customer service is even worse. As another reviewer mentioned, I too have had much better experiences with TDE.

poor customer service and staff training. The social media pages are regularly updated yet messages to these pages and regular contact channels are not replied to for 3 weeks . There was no signage at the flagship store alerting shoppers to their temporary shutdown and products are often faulty. It presents a poor corporate image when sales associates make multiple mistakes in the monogramming of a single product, as I encountered during my first purchase at flagship store. The girl made three attempts at pressing the monogram into the leather before a satisfactory imprint was made.

Zero stars. Product not delivered. No-one is taking any responsibility. Was home all day, no knock on door, small item, could be left in locked letterbox, it was not. Cannot contact MonPurse. No one answers any phone number. Very very difficult to get a response. Would like a refund please. Very disappointing.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made an original purchase on the , july 26 2020, received a response on 20th august to say they don't have the item in stock and can have item refunded or exchanged. Promptly responded to their email, requesting a refund. No refund has been issued, have since emailed 4 times since, and direct message via instagram with no response. There has been no call back, email or response and today is 30th october 2020.

Received the wrong item, initial contact was prompt and couriered the item back, but they soon stopped replying to email. It has now been several weeks since they replied to an email and I still have not received the replacement item even though I was told it was on its way weeks ago. This item was a birthday present and ordered 4 weeks in advance, but the birthday has now been and gone.

Terrible customer service. The product that I purchased is extremely faulty in many ways. I purchased a pouch online, asking for a single letter monogram, and it was monogrammed off center. The zip pull was a completely different metal colour to the zipper teeth. The leather of the pouch was gathered and not sewn flat. After contacting Monpurse multiple times - sending multiple emails, messaging on Instagram, Facebook messenger, calling the Paddington store, going to the Pitt Street store (which I found out when I arrived was no longer there), they still have not replied to me to issue me an exchange or refund. Appalling customer service, and I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered a boxing day sale phone case (came down to 30% of the cost at similar brands) and opted for pick up at the store the next day! It was perfect and such good quality - called the store prior to heading in due to the reviews and she was happy to confirm my order was instore. Also there is no longer a MP logo on the cases, which is a plus! Overall satisfied :)
