I am so happy I found ChairCo. Since working from home I have had a sore neck and back, when i purchased a Ergo Duo and I'm so ultra happy with it - tremendously comfortable! Has changed my whole body position and I'm sitting up straighter. I would absolutely recommend visiting the showroom to try all the chairs to find the right one. The colour selection is great too!

Bought my new Delta Plus Comfort Duo large seat a week ago, vast improvement on my old chair. Paid the extra for the higher grade chair and could not be happier. Nice and comfortable, great service from Robert and Kylie. Pricing was a factor and yes I could have gone to one of the big "office" type shops. However when it comes to a work chairs I am spending ten hours plus a day on working from home. I want good advice, high quality and long warranty to back it up. Chaico delivered in spades. Highly recommended.
A lot of different ergonomic chairs to choose from, from all price ranges! Just spent a good 1.5 hrs here and got full and undivided attention from staff who's really chill, friendly, helpful and professional. They really live to find you the right fit and know their stuff when it comes to ergonomics. Even have some chairs custom-built for their shop. I'd definitely give this place a try if you're having problems with your back and in the market for a new chair or a sit-stand desk.
Amazing Customer Service! Excellent Quality Product! For years I've been struggling with poor ergonomics at home and now that I have been forced to work from home full time there was no more excuses. I found Chairco through a quick online search and found that they're a home grown, Australian owned and operated business. Interested in what they had to offer I gave Kylie a call whilst looking at the products on there website. Kylie is AMAZING! She knows her products and she understands how to interpret your ergonomic needs and translate them into solutions they have to offer. She guided me through to a product that was a) suitable to my current work style and b) not an aggressive up sell to the most expensive product. To that end, I now sit in a very comfortable Delta Plus Comfort Duo chair, which has not just alleviated my back pain when sitting, it has also allowed me to work more productively for a longer period during the day. I highly recommend Chairco to any Brisbanites whom have had to start working from home and need a corporate style set up at home, with the guarantee of ensuring best ergonomic practice. There product is top quality. Avoid cheap an nasty products you will normally find at other stationary stores, invest in a quality chair from a reputable Australian brand. Great service and product knowledge and they do spend time with the customer to test products and making the right choice. Had plenty of different good and high quality chairs there to try out. Worthwhile spending maybe the couple of more with a local business instead ordering somewhere online.

I had a 5 star experience shopping here! I went to CHAIRCO to buy a chair that was ergonomic. And I was greeted with great enthusiasm and attention. Everything about my sitting habits to my office practices was addressed, and I was looked after very well and with expert advice. The staff are very friendly and the chairs are good. There is also a wide variety of products for different styles and purposes of sitting. I walked out with a brilliant office chair (very comfortable) and an extendable laptop arm, good products. Overall the service and products are outstanding. This is why small local shops are better than large furniture stores! I recommend shopping here, especially for the expert advice and thoughtful attention paid to my needs.
