When I went to OzCar to get a new car for my 18th, I had already planned to buy a BMW 5 Series. This is when I met with Vin, he helped me majorly to find the best price and was friendly and helpful the entire time. Vin definitely helped a lot and provided the best possible experience for me and my family, definitely helped explain to my family the best price and the best deal we could get for the car. Great staff!! Was looking to buy a Toyota Corolla as I was approached by very welcoming staff members. I was dealing with Frankie. His experience in customer service was phenomenal as he answered all of my questions, which made me feel well informed about the vehicle I was interested in. All in all he is a great sales person! Car shopping is usually an arduous task. Today, at OzCar Five Dock, we were shown it need not be. Wonderful staff understood our needs. They explained and displayed vehicles and we were given test drives in everything of interest. We had a team of efficient guys helping us come to our decision.
