Even though in the end the issue was not able to resolved, due to a tv fault. Joseph was very accommodating and communication was great in trying to help out to see if the back light was the problem initially.
Joseph is a television repair genius!!!! He repaired our favourite old tv (which had no picture showing any more) and within days and at a fraction of the cost of buying a new tv, he had it back working as well as it ever did. It’s like we have a brand new tv. We saved a lot of money not needing to buy a whole new television and also saved the environment because an old favourite was rescued from being condemned to landfill. I can not recommend Joseph’s service highly enough. He was great at communication, fast at getting back to me via SMS, did a brilliant repair job and was very reasonably priced to boot. It is always a thrill to find someone who is good at their job, who gets it right the first time and who is not a rip-off merchant! Great work Joseph!!!

Cheap and affordable. The owner was very helpful and polite and gave me a free quote. My TV was fixed fast and the service was amazing. Would highly recommend if you have a broken TV for repairs :)
