Prestige Apartments

Regus in Osborne Park has been perfect for my transition back to work and starting a new business. I spend my time in the lounge which is bright and a great place to meet clients. The other tenants have been incredibly supportive and generous with their time, advice and expertise. The staff on site are readily available and professional. Highly recommend individuals and small to medium businesses needing a location outside the city with a corporate feel.

DO NOT USE REGUS !! THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN LINING THEIR OWN POCKETS WITH NO REGARD FOR SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS I was the first person to move into this office in July 2017 and do not recommend it or Regus as an organisation. The parking situation is terrible. The pay as you go parking facility was always full by 9am. Unless, I wanted to park miles away, I could not access my office for the day. It is next to the Glendalough Train station, so early morning commuters took up the street parking before I could get there. Despite not being able to access my office, Regus refused on several occassions to terminate my annual lease costing me around 9k. On the three occassions I did pop in during the year, the place was completely overrun with people registering to be OLA drivers. I recently attempted to cancel an automatic contract renewal for a service at 9am on the first business day, after the renewal date fell on a weekend. They have refused to accept the cancellation, despite my current contract still having 2 months to run and are trying to add on a further 3 months.
