After multiple visits over the course of five months I'm still waiting for a quote. I was told to send an email but have yet to receive a reply. I've spent over 30k at this particular branch in the past 3 years. Frustratingly, the customer service here is now non-existent. You may be busy in this Covid world but that's no excuse for abysmal service. After a long relationship with this branch of ARB I will not be back. My advice to those looking to get work done - go anywhere else but here....

Your one stop shop for everything 4WD. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Appointment and follow up process requires a bit of work. It would be great if a complimentary vehicle was offered if the vehicle is being worked on for more than 1 day.
Great service. Staff really know their products. Helped plan out our builds, advised on what to add and what not to bother with. Very helpful fitting us in.
It pains me to share this because I generally have had a good experience with ARB but I am very disappointed now. The rear widow on my canopy broke for no apparent reason and I was told it did happen. ARB have literally thousands of these canopies out there and no rear windows. Expected delivery 6 - 8 weeks coming from who knows? Maybe a couple of weeks to come from the east would be fine but none in Aus and a huge wait is beyond a joke. Your canopies are great but your back up is dismal. I was planning on going away but now that is on hold.
After spending 13K on ARB products, I booked in to get a check on my new suspension. The products were installed in Rockingham by an approved ARB agent and called to see if it was possible to get the check up at the Osborne Park ARB shop. “ no problem” Shocking treatment when I arrived, totally disappointed. Told several times “ it’s not their work to do” waited 1h 15 mins for a 15 min suspension 500 km check. I was made to find paperwork and get emailed as not their problem. The only reason I went south was because I couldn’t get into Osborne park. Guess when your are busy you can be rude and unprofessional. Massive ARB customer/ fan lost. Buyer beware
The most helpful and knowledgeable staff. Massive waitimg periods at the moment... but worth the wait.
They has a reasonable amount of stock, considering the effect covid has had on supplies. The staff were very helpful with information for products and pricing.
The store is bare and poorly laid out. Nothing has prices, probably because it’s so expensive. Staffer told me everything about why products wouldn’t fit my car but didn’t offer any alternatives. Walked out.
