I ordered some guitar picks and a pick tin online, for click and collect. I received a phone call a day later to say they were ready to be picked up, and when i went instore to collect them the staff were so friendly and helpful. I will not hesitate to shop at Melbourne Music Centre again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a music store.

Went in today to drop off my guitar for what I thought would be a reasonably lengthy repair. The young man fixed it on the spot with no charge. It's this type of service that makes me appreciate why it's important to shop local whenever you can. Have always received this type of service when I have purchased items or just gone in to ask advice. Can't do that online. Great place and great staff.

I have had guitar strings changed many times here, the service is friendly and welcoming. My son was very happy with the job they did on his guitar. He has also bought amplifiers, pedals and lots of picks here. Thank you for being one of the best music shops in the area :)
