Ordered a delivery order from your Cleveland store and this was the result My order was not correct. Called the store to sort it out and was told I could come and pick up the missing item for a delivery order. Asked to speak with the manager ‘Ethan’ and was told ‘no sorry he’s way too busy to talk to you.’ Seriously!!! Too busy to take a customer call...that’s great customer service right there. Do not order from Dominos Cleveland. Maybe if enough business drops they’ll learn to get their act together.

Best store in Brisbane as far as I’m concerned. The quality of domino’s has slipped a lot in the last 10 years but this store has restored my love for their recipes! Always cooked promptly. Nevertheless stingy with their toppings and staff are always friendly in the store.
Pizza! Hot and generous toppings for a chain , sms alerts when to leave and a good ordering website and good deals make it a cheap movie night

We have given this store a go on a number of occasions but they have NEVER had our pizzas ready for pick up, often waiting 15-20 minutes past the picl up time stipulated, orders are wrong and there is no acceptance of the issues when you try to communicate with management.
Tonight I was waiting in my car for my pizza to be ready and a dominos employee pulls into the car park next to me (in the dominos car). He then got out of the vehicle, hitting my passengers door while doing so, it caught my eye so I looked up, he then laughed at the fact that had just happened and walked inside.
If I could give no stars I would. Simply , the order was wrong. Apparently the special instructions where a customer is prompted to insert "no onions" etc isnt read by the chefs its read by the delivery driver. Therefore order came out wrong and when I rang the store I was not offered an apology. Speaking to Ethan, he just that I should have just ordered through the dominos app instead of uber eats. Zero service. Zero quality. So disappointing.
