Arranged to look at a house. Agent sent her husband who isn't an agent! He wouldn't let me turn on any taps to see if they worked. This is illegal. Incredibly unprofessional. Don't use them. PS: I wasn't late so obviously this woman regularly sends her husband on inspections. If you can't touch taps due to Covid I should have been told. I had disposable gloves in the car. Suspect they just don't want you to discover faults given other reviews and the whole experience was very suss. Your response just proves how rude and unprofessional you are. Gloves were never mentioned at time of inspection.
Very professional and helpful staff
Never use this estate agency especially James. I drove from Melbourne area to view a property and an offer was accepted. The agent said he does not understand the contract so I got a lawyer at cost to explain and solicit. I was thereafter refused pest control or building inspection on the house. The contract said I may not get the property in the condition I viewed it. The agent refused negotiating that it be kept in such reasonable condition. I was forced to accept high risk and eventually conceded. Then the agent James said sorry the vendor will not sell and has taken it from the market. Someone told me other people were potentially still viewing and it is still on the website for sale, so do not trust this fellow. Terrible experience with costs for a solicitor and other expenses all for nothing. Warning: DO NOT USE THIS AGENT
