One of the best Visitor Information Centres I have visited. And with easy street parking close by. Loads of brochures on what to do/see and where to eat/drink. Modern building with adjacent cafe. Museum incorporated and Art Gallery across the square (free entry to both). Extremely helpful staff. Very good range of local products for sale. Strongly recommended on arrival in Orange.

Lovely staff here. The volunteers at the front desk and in the museum section were very nice. We had a great chat with a local woman who was keen to highlight some of the nice restaurants in town, as well as giving us some advice on the markets and other activities that were on over the weekend. You can get some great guides and maps here. This is especially good if you're looking for "what's on" guides. Sometimes the smaller venues or events are not listed online, so it's good to drop in and get flyers for local art galleries etc.
Nice people and advice to travel show!
Very helpful. Knowledgeable staff and extensive range of brochures and maps to help with planning activities for a stay in the local area.
Helpful staff with a wide range of material and ideas available for visitors. Modern building adjacent to Orange Regional Gallery and Library. Interesting heritage display connected with visitor centre.
Helpful staff and the attached museum is great.
One person was very helpful with giving information. You can borrow their specific container/ bowl to go collect gold and it costs 5 after you return it back. They explain to you everything about the goldfield. But be aware, though there is no network available once you reach the ' goldfield' area. It was okay experience for me.
Well stocked with pamphlets and other information for visitors
