I am building with them and once they lock me in contract they don't care about you anymore. lots of hidden costs and extra charges after contract very stressful. my neighbour house building with other builder and nearly finish. i signed up 2 years ago when they said i will be first but all lies. terrible, now i hear similar thing with other meridian customers on forums and meridian they take legal action to have their product review page removed with so many bad reviews.
Great layout and design, bit pricey but you pay for what you get. Would recommend if after a modern design.
