I had a positive experience at the embassy.The staff were very helpful and kind.I even met the ambassador who introduced himself to all the people who were present.I even had a conversation with him.. I was assisted speedily. My question though is why is the Zim Govt so particular about passport size photos unlike other countries? I think the passport application process can be improved. They should also hav a way in which Zim born citizens can apply for a national ID without having to go to Zimbabwe.

Went to fix up my newborn,'s passport with no appointment but shocked with the warm hospitality I received from the front ladies, got to meet the ambasador too, a lovely man he is. It was worth the drive from Sydney to ACT.

They don't answer the phone, don't return calls when you leave a message. Have been emailing them for the last 3 weeks but they don't reply to them either. Why bother to even have an embassy?
The two ladies working in the reception were absolutely phenomenal and helpful but please invest in an EFTPOS machine.
The lady handling clients on reception is exceptional, she was patient and helpful.
