I got my Goldstar RV Caravan 12th May 2016. I cannot fault Goldstar RV. Any time there has been a Warranty issue they have bent over Backwards to fix it. I got my Van back from Goldstar RV. I could not be more pleased. They just done everything to my Van. They re- did the Electricals, Cladding and anything else they could find that was a problem. I asked them to do a few extras which I negotiated a price. They done what I asked and when I asked to pay for it. The reply from Petra "you have been such a good and understanding customer there will be no charge". Shane rang me on numerous occasions telling me what they were doing. Shane and Petra and Management of Goldstar RV could not do enough for me. If your buying a New Van all Manufacturers use Australian and imported Parts. The difference between the Manufacturer's is there Warranty. This is where Goldstar RV excell. I am very glad I brought a Goldstar RV and I would highly recommend anyone to look at their Vans. Goldstar RV are a Credit to Recreational Vehicle Industry.
Hi Everyone Just to let you guys know don’t buy this company caravan before I like to buy the caravan they force me to deposit. After covid I lost my job then I change my mind but the boss didn’t give me my money back they are so bad. I lost 5000
*GOLDSTAR CARAVANS ARE MADE IN CHINA, NOT AUSTRALIA* I found out that the caravans that goldstar are selling are actually made in China, not Australia, which goes against the words of the sales rep I dealt with, leaving myself feeling very deceived. The caravans are imported from China with the chassis and features already fitted in. See there is no factory in Australia, just a workshop in S.A. They paint the chassis in black to probably hide the fact that they're using cheap parts. Visiting the workshop, you will not see any walls, cabinets, furniture, kitchen or shower room features that are actually being fitted from scratch. I think the company owes its customers the truth on how and where the caravans are being manufactured. Making false claims to ensure a sale is bad business practice and unfair on customers who are truly relying on a sales rep to give them truthful info that will help before spending such a large amount of money.
My Fiance and I purchased a lemon from them. It was sold as brand new. It was delivered with a lot of damage. The company has been giving us the run around and yet to tell us how they are going to fix our issues. It has been a month and a half and still nothing. Check out the photos of our "new" van. We have over 30 pictures of damages.
I purchased my Goldstar Liberty Tourer 17’6 in November 2019. I was very happy with the service and communication during the entire process. I found the van excellent to tow and was very impressed with the quality of all the appliances.......everything top notch and high quality. The fit out is also very good. Everything works perfectly and suits our needs wonderfully well. So far no issues to report and excellent value for money. I have spent 2 years looking at different caravans and anything comparable was at least 20k more. So far very happy and satisfied with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone looking for a great caravan at a very affordable price Happy days George M
Seriously cannot say enough about the team here in Adelaide. Our Caravanjella, purchased recently is so very comfortable with all the extras at an a very economical great price. The after sales service has been surprising in its effortlessness (is that a word) ...lets fix this issue attitude. Couldn't be happier. Thanks to the team from Jacob to Petra and Shane...all the people in between great job
don't buy a caravan from this company. 2 hours after picking up the new van with no hand over the wheel feel off, could of killed us or someone else. on after sale service
