Great customer service, very helpful in finding the right size stone, knowledgable as well as honest about what would suit our needs best. They gave us a fair price and were happy for us to pick out the rocks we wanted for our waterfall. Best variety for sandstone and Toodyay stone in Perth. I highly recommend this place after visiting and calling around 8 different suppliers here in Perth.

Many thanks to the community minded people at Rural Stone Company for their support of our Attadale Primary School nature play project. The beautiful pink river stones look fantastic in the dry river bed. Highly recommend!

Great company to deal with and very helpful. We had travertine pavers and a retaining wall clad with bullnose capping. The installer has done an awesome job . Highly recommend.

Not only did Brett and his team did an amazing job helping us choose beautiful local Toodyay and Donnybrook stone to pave our backyard, but smoothly coordinated and did the remainder of our landscaping (earthworks, soil/gravel/mulch, reticulation install, planting, lighting and plumbing). When unexpected issues around water proofing of our exiting house came to light they let us know, and easily and quickly dealt with this too. Brett and his team were all very friendly and helpful, answering our questions and undertaking minor modifications as we went along to suit our needs. They have continued to help us fix little things and answer questions after the job was completed. The result is a beautiful and functional courtyard and garden in a very small inner city backyard - our family couldn't be happier with the result! Would highly recommend Rural Stone for all your landscaping needs (not just stone/paving).

We had the"A" team construct a stone facade over a standard concrete post and panel retaining wall. The job was superb and the quality was sublime. The best part was that the workers were very neat and tidy and left the finished job without any mess. Job well done. Steve

Rural Stone is an unconscionable company. We dealt with them for our house build. Prior to putting in the order with them, their customer service was okay. After paying them, it was non-existent. Brett sold us tiles that he knew we would not actually be able to use (too thick for gyprock walls) then refused to even check with the warehouse as to whether they could be returned or exchanged. He blamed the fact that we hadn't checked with the builder. So I guess he's either wildly incompetent or wildly deceitful. When we needed further tiles, Brett had the incorrect ones sent. He then refused to get the correct ones delivered, we had to take the incorrect tiles out to the warehouse and swap them. Throughout all of this, getting a return call from Brett was absolutely impossible. It's more than six weeks later and they still haven't refunded us our delivery fee. Do not use this company.

Our designer used Rural Stone as I liked the colour (Ivory Travertine), but I was disappointed by the amount of colour variation and then a "filled" section fell out within a couple of weeks, so now have to get a tiller to repair with grout.
