Bad customer service. Waited ages before somebody actually said hi to me! Then I get the part I need, pay for it and the guy propose to deliver it to my mechanic that works around the corner from them! I say I can take it now and the guy tells me not to worry they will deliver. Told him it had to be before Saturday as I bring my car to my mechanic on that day. Saturday comes and they haven't deliver it. Now I have to wait for the long weekend to go by and then track down my part.

Professional company. My parts were waiting for me on a pallet when I got there. Place is well organised.
A man by the name of ‘John’ that either owns or works here is by far the most rude and disrespectful sales person I have come across. When I rang up to enquire about spare parts, this guy repeatedly mocked me over my accent, by repeating after me and exaggerating the intonation. Caaaarrr, Whaaaaatttt He then mocked me for not knowing where the plate ID of the car was located and the correct terminology for the spare wheel carrier. I was absolutely mortified by his attitude and I will never consider coming here after this experience!
I used to come here a lot and now the Fat guy with coke bottle glasses has just made me go else wear. Thanks again

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. After waiting, had the most rude, blunt and arrogant man serve me. Not sure about the rest of the staff but the one I had was terrible. Actually can’t believe how a person serving a customer can be so blunt and rude. Would not recommend.
