Gorgeous! My husband and I had our wedding reception at Oatlands House. We were blown away at how beautiful our room and the venue as a whole was. The staff were helpful, professional and supportive in the lead up and on the night. Our guests all had positive comments on the food, venue and staff. Overall, Oatlands House exceeded our expectations and helped make our day perfect.

Writing from the perspective of a groomsmen for the wedding day. Having gone through the wedding day myself and seen a number of weddings, the experience at Oatlands House was by the best I have seen. The whole day was seamless from my perspective and I could see that the planning and coordination from the team there made sure the bride and groom were able to enjoy their experience. The bridal party was looked after by none other than Sebastian and with help from Taya, we had the best service that one could ask for. We were constantly tended to, nothing was too much trouble, we had a show of professionalism right from the very start and most importantly they ensured we had a lot of fun. These guys know what they are doing. Thanks for a unforgettable evening to all the team at Oatlands house, and especially Sebastian for all your hard work on the day. Hope to have an event with you guys in future.
Even with Covid you don't give refunds. You just take clients money and don't care. I find your service and what you offer at the venue and the extras you have to pay for like a dance floor are over priced and you don't help out your customers at all with trying to find suitable affordable options. Also at the last minute only a week before my event you tell me there is an extra surcharge. Why wouldn't you tell me this ages ago? This is extremely irritating and unprofessional. Wish I chose a different venue. No wonder Navarra Venues was on the news with lawsuits against you.
We recently got married in January and had our reception at Oatlands house. Georgina our event coordinator was amazing she went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly, the rest of the staff were nothing but amazing on the day all our guests said the food was amazing and the waiters were very accommodating all night. The venue was beautifully set up and even Mr Filippo Navarra himself came to congratulate us on the night. We want to thank all the staff at Oatlands house for making our day so special!
Had such a lovely experience with Oatlands on my brother’s wedding day. Sebastian was such a legend on the day! He was amazing with the bridal party and guests - so major props to him and the rest of the Navarra team.
The venue is beautiful, the service is amazing, the food is delicious and the servings are generous! We had our wedding in December 2020 just before the COVID restrictions were enforced again. Oatlands House made our dream wedding come true! With the stress of planning and the pandemic happening, the staff and Oatlands, especially our wedding coordinator, Georgina, made planning easy and our reception was immaculate. All our guests could not stop talking about the night and it was the best end to a tumultuous 2020. Oatlands House definitely made our covid wedding happen and it was more than we could ask for!
Not one to usually post reviews, good or bad. Two years ago we attended a wedding at Oatlands house and the service was not great at all. It was sloppy and extremely unprofessional. Over the weekend we attended a event for a family member and we had the best service we ever received at any venue - Navara or otherwise. The floor manager (bald tall man, sorry forgot his name, very sharp and professional dresser) came over as soon as our table sat down and introduced himself and welcomed us to the room. Not only was he well dressed just as well if not better than most guests, he also had a command of the room with such confidence and warmth that we have never seen. He then advised that we had a special waiter just for our section and assured us every one of our needs would be met by our waiter and by him the floor manager. He was very sweet in asking the children what they wanted to drink and brought over the drinks himself. Him and his team carried themselves so well - made great conversation also. We thought this was great because the service did not seem like a transaction. He then came over after every course to make sure we were happy with the food and if we required anything else. Our waiter kept out table clean, drinks were replenished almost instantly even before they were a quarter empty. The team were very fast and sweet when serving. The team had big smiles on their face which made it seem like a great environment to work. The food was delicious for the adults and the kids meals were scrumptious (may have stolen a few fries)! Kids meals were both large and perfect combination of chicken and chips and a delicious looking salad. So happy that our experience with oatlands house has now changed. Well done team. We hope all of Navarras venues operate as smoothly because whatever has been done to make improvements is the exact change that the house needed.
