Disappointing to travel all this way to find that the display inside the HOME IDEAS CENTRE is locked and only open by appointment. Not the spirit of the centre. Thought I’d be having a stress free look without pushy sales people yet now I am here with the stress of having to call and speak to a sales person who cannot open the display on the weekend.
I wouldn't waste my time there again. Is like an expo of businesses showing their products and you walk around with a clipboard and circle the business you like, then bring it back to the front then a lady give the business brochures. That's about it, no body is there for you to ask any questions. Seriously don't waste your time.
A show room with a number of good suggestions. Went there to get an idea of a cabinet makers quality however in addition to Cabinetry, the place also has ideas and product examples for kitchens, roofs, bathrooms and fireplaces.

Visited to gain ideas for our new build. Easy to find on Princess Hwy. When you walk in you take a card and pencil and as you walk around you circle the number on your card relevant to the product you are interested in. On leaving hand your card to the lady and she will provide you with all your brochures in a presentation folder. Great idea. Lots of stands showcasing everything you need to build or renovate. Love that there is no salespeople to hassle you. My favourite was the polished concrete floors, beautiful stone bath and the gorgeous copper sink. Glad we visited after seeing on the tv.
This place isn't what I expected. They lease out small spaces to showcase their wears. There are no sales people, that's why it's a Home Ideas Centre. If your doing a renovation, getting a new house, this place offers great ideas. I've had some great experiences with their leaseholders and one extremely bad experience. Considering there's probably 100 suppliers on show, that's a great experience.
Waste of time. Lots of empty display areas and nothing new from last visit years ago.
