Like all other retailers, they sound nice but on the delivery you start to realise the truth. they tell you they have In-house installers but they are all contractors with bad and disrespecting behaviour. Installation quality was not as expected and the installers dumped all their trash in my bin which left me with no space to put my own.
Very professional and great advice from the team. From the 1st contact with them to the installation of the system you couldn't ask for better personal service. Andya took the time to explain the different panels and inverters and provided a quote for exactly what i was looking for. The onsite installation team arrived on time as promised took pride and care in the job they delivered. Site was left tidy with all rubbish taken away. I would recommend dealing with Do Solar i looked around for a long time and most other companies didn't get back to me after providing quotes. They deserve 5 stars for the professionalism and customer service they provided during this time.

Had a very pleasent experience with Do Solar while welcoming Solar Energy to our home. Andy (Akhil) called us to explain the whole process in great detail and helped us pick the right products suitable for the house with competative price. We then had Christa to hand guide us through the process and she managed everything so meticulously. She was very clear and proactive in her communications eliminating all confusions and answering all the questions very patiently and in a timely manner. For eg., Within 5 minutes of emailing a question, my phone starts ringing and it is Christa on the other side gretting me with a smile and answering the questions. We received a follow-up email as well with summary of our discussion. This is the hallmark of every Customer Service and Do Solar seems to have mastered this art. Overall, it was great experience and if you want to Solar for your home, I recommend Do Solar whole-heartedly. Thank you, Do Solar for everything so far..!
This is an unethical company, which not have any value for the customer money. They will only do the desktop survey for planning the layout of the panels. I have accepted their quotes based on the 14 panel layout provided. They also demand for the QR Code before the installation day. They requested to upgrade the switch board and spent more than 1000 for it. On the installation day, they are coming with 8 panel installation options, claiming that my cooler is so big ,even though provided all the photos in advance. Finally ended up not installing the system and lost more than 1000. Never ever go with company, if you have some value for your money.
