When someone calls and asks to put a costume on hold you should really specify that it’s for rent and not for sale. The costume I wanted was apparently the “only one” which was just not true, there was another, worse one, for sale and I only assume there was pressure to get the rental ones sold as that’s more money for the business. And don’t wait to mention that it’s only for rent when the customer is at the cashier ready to pay. Could’ve saved everybody some valuable time.

What a FANTASTIC experience. I've been before for myself and was equally pleased. Today I took a young actor in to choose an outfit for Halloween in the TOORAK VILLAGE. The Girls were so helpful, we ended up buying the costume. The range of costumes is ENORMOUS, if you can't find what you want here then it hasn't been made yet. It always makes for a great shopping experience when the staff are so HAPPY, And a clear knowledge of their products and VERY PATIENT.
So this is a really fun place. Loads of costumes with some really top quality pieces rather than just the cheap packet costumes that you need to purchase. The staff were brilliant too when helping fit me out.
Loved the items I bought before it closed down.
