We have been getting our Christmas tree from Top 40 Orchard for the past 10 years. Always friendly, helpful and smiling staff and they have done an amazing job to be able to still provide trees through drought and last years fires. The people at Top 40 should be very proud of the service they provide and that they've managed to get through 5 very difficult years. Despite the false and inaccurate reviews given by the stuck up, city slicker snobs before me.
Not only are they the best Christmas trees we've ever had, they come from a lovely hard working family! Their young daughter even offered to push our baby around in the pram 2 years ago ! We were so happy to see them come through the drought and fires and look forward to many more beautiful trees in the years to come!
Trees were thin and unhealthy, impossible to get a good tree as they were all tagged out of Christmas season. Staff were rude, they don't let you cut your own tree, they ask you to stand in the heat and wait for an elf. The first one we seen said "No, I'm pruning". No help, bad service, expensive for sparce and uneven trees. Would never recommend this weird place again. I've never been more offended in my life. Wasn't a smile in sight and we stood and around and no one offered any help.
This is my second year getting a tree from here and I will always be going back to support this local family business. I misread the opening time to get my pre-booked tree but the staff was so accomodating and was happy to help. I can't say enough great things about the whole experience!! Thanks!!
My family has been getting Christmas trees from Top 40 for many years. The service has always been exceptional, even during extremely stressful and difficult times such as the bushfires last year and the drought.
All trees in poor condition, staff very unfriendly and rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
Not many trees available. Lucky we went and tagged one in October. Nice tree, smells good
