I have given 4 stars because I have no method of giving 4.5 stars. I dont believe anyone can be 100% . Having said that I have had small moves many times over the past 40 years and used NUSS REMOVALS many years ago for a large move and they were great. The move took 9 hours from Rose Bay to Turramurra, a large family move so for my last move I used them again. Many things can go wrong in any move with any company and often we can be left feeling there is no choice but to wear the problems ourselves. This recent move of mine with Nuss had a couple of hitches but NUSS after sales service was faultless. They made me feel like a VIP. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will call NUSS.
We have used Nuss previously and have always found them professional, courteous and skilled at their work. This time we had 3 different elements to our relocation, including 3 different locations and a special wrapping job; all of which they tackled efficiently and with great energy. As with all moves there were a few challenges along the way, which Eddie, who led the team, was able to solve, drawing on his experience and determination. Highly recommend Nuss.
Amazing service. l had to move over 70 boxes from Melb to Bali during covid. There where many hurdles due to COVID but at each point the local and international team made me comfortable all the way. My goods are now in bali and safe. Thank you Juliana, Wina and co
I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received from Nuss Removals so far. The initial quotation visit was made easy for me and my rather complicated situation. Margo seemed to have a solution for all scenarios. The packing team got the job done with seeming ease and efficiency so that in a few hours I was left with an ordered home full of neatly stacked boxes ready for the move. On moving day, the removalists were very professional and removed large and fragile items up and down stairs with care and efficiency and, before I knew it, my goods were taken off for storage. The whole operation seemed so smoothly executed that I was immensely relieved to have a potentially very stressful situation taken in hand seemingly effortlessly. I feel confident that the next stage of my stored goods being delivered into my new home will be managed as skilfully. Would highly recommend Nuss.
The team were very professional, friendly & took great care in moving all my possessions. I can recommend their services to even the fussiest people requiring a removalist. The administration staff were also fantastic, as was the assessor of my goods.
My wife and I would like to thank you very much for the organisation of our perfectly smooth move to Japan. The entire process right from the initial contact / quote to the final delivery of our items in Japan and follow up was great. Moving overseas can be a stressful period at the best of times, thank you for making a stressful period a very satisfying one. Could not have been happier. Eric and his team were excellent and so careful in moving my mother’s belongings. They were also kind, courteous, and friendly as they went about their work.
