I did a lot of research on end of lease/bond cleaners in the BRISBANE area and was a little worried that no matter who I went with it might end in disaster given the lack of info out there. I was moving on the last days of the year which discounted a few businesses, so I took a chance on EXPERT BOND CLEANING. I was a little surprised when they just quoted a price based on a phone call and the info I gave but when I invited them to come look at my unit it all matched up and it was very affordable compared to some other quotes. I would’ve liked them to confirm a few days before the scheduled date but I text them and they were committed. The place was empty as I’d moved everything out and I’d always been a fairly neat/clean person. In under 2.5 hours they did a marvellous job, everything was cleaned thoroughly and professionally and I was given an invoice to help guarantee the work. It was a brand new apartment when I moved in and when they finished the agent thanked me for doing a “perfect” job. I was able to get my full bond back. Sharing this review so others might find booking a cleaning service in BRISBANE little easier. Thanks.

Clean was acceptable and bond returned. Was under quoted and price increased on the day, with items not mentioned all becoming chargeable extras. More questions should be asked during quoting to ensure no surprises on the day.

Sandy and the team did an excellent job in bond cleaning and steam cleaning the carpets of my 4bdm 2.5 bathroom double story house at very short notice. What they quoted is what they charged, unlike some companies. I would highly recommend this company and have passed details onto the real estate that has now taken over the house. The cleaning service was outstanding! The guys from expert bond cleaning came on time and done efficient job steaming the carpet, sofa and bed. On top of that they have very affordable price structure. Thank you guys
Did a great job for my exit clean. Were always easy to contact, very punctual and did an amazing job ensuring everything was up to standard with my building manager. Absolute best quality for price, would recommend to anyone!
