I come here when I have small orders since the parking here is for free! Great variety of flowers. The staff here are amazing and friendly. They offered me a jacket and coffee.

The most! The most ever disgusting customer service. If only I were not a student and had not to buy staff here because of vauchers I would never ever come in this shop. Dont even hope to get a proper attitude. Never believe the prices that are presented in the shop. They will change it straight away in front of you while you are paying for it and will ask to pay more. Never buy the white colour flowers there as they make it look nice in the cool room only.

The most disgusting customer service I have received during my time working with wholesalers in the Floristry Industry. During a 3 day ordeal I was ignored on all 3 emails I have sent, charged incorrectly for an order, my team member was only given half the order, I then email them regarding this, again it was ignored, I have then called this morning to ask for a refund for the half of the order I did not receive, I was met with "they left it behind" (if so, why was I not notified? but your happy to take my money?), " You can come get it" - my event was last night, I was so shocked by the team member called Karen being unapologetically rude she then said " Okay, I am busy, bye" and hung up on me before I had time to ask for a refund or discuss how to amend this order. They were clearly aware of the situation I was in yet no email response to any of my emails, no courtesy call for the half an order that was apparently left behind, when my team member asked twice if that was it, and hung up on when I wanted to discuss my options of a refund. Safe to say I will never be using Flower HQ again.

I'm trader and student as well. I should spread flower hq at tafe, Such a great staff. good location for me and free parking. also trading time!! Better quality of flowers in the fridge. I cannot recommend enough!!@

You buy flowers they will go back and change the old price to a higher price blatantly and charge you the new price. Nit once but happened 3 times. That is misleading ppl to make a sale. Criminal intent.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

Embarrassing service! I ordered out and on the day of delivery, I was warned that the driver did not find the address and that for the day he had already finished working. ridiculous
