The staff here are excellent, this afternoon I purchased two little gifts from this shop and unlike most gift shops, they actually bother to wrap the gifts carefully and precisely, and not with those flimsy tissue papers that other stores usually use.
Lovely little gem, stores like these are far and few between. Plenty of books to choose from. Lots of gifts. Claire was a great help with a big smile. Thank you, we will be back.

Love taking my daughter to this store and allowing her interests to direct her to the books that she adores. Love the staff, their engaging demeanour and great advice in helping an avid JM Coetzee fan expand their reader's digest. Highlight of our holidays is doing the father and daughter shop with a pause at one of Wahroonga's cafe afterwards.

I love this book store and can always find a lovely gift in here too. Perhaps certain categories can be expanded (such as business and finance) however their fiction and travel sections are great!
The man working in the store had poor PR skills. My young daughter purchased a couple of books. When he asked if we wanted a bag I naturally accepted as I didn't want my 8 year old dropping them. The man put the books in a flimsy paper lunchbag with no handles. When spending the inflated price of the books they Sell, they could have put the heavy novels in a bag. Won't be back!
