Complete bunch of ravenous dogs whom of which are clearly motivated by taking the money off the sick and injured. Over the few years that my partner and i have periodically been in hospital, these sycophantic slime have non directly pressured us to spend money on a free service to simply keep us from hallucinating caused by the brain trying to create its own entertainment. Prisoners pay less for TV. "Free to Air" is self explanatory. On multiple occasions the Tv hasn't worked, and the remotes are continuously faulty with no real control over volume. Either being too loud or too quiet. I personally feel for the hundreds, if not, thousands of terminally ill in hospitals all over the Single state of Victoria who have to pay for a free service for sometimes months on end. I will be assuring there is a nation wide petition to get these sycophantic scum out of these hospitals. It's disgusting to think that people have died watching these TVs that theyve paid for and the family would hardly be entitled to a refund of any sort. As god is all of our witnesses, your company will go down in flames figurtively speaking
Absolute sharletons. Immoral, heartless and more than willing to take advantage of the sick. I'd rate them even less than one star if I could. This company charges hospital patients, the sick and injured, sometimes even dying something like eight dollars a day for free to air television. This exploitation group should be removed from every hospital in the Geelong and Melbourne districts. Their kind of exploitation shouldn't be allowed. They're preying on the most vulnerable and still continue to be allowed to do so. Pathetic.
My dad has terminal brain cancer. I purchased tv for my dad through the hills tv portal. The took payment but would not supply him with tv as they said his account was in debt. They would not give me details of any previous bookings he made. Probably cause he never made any. Dont reccomend you hand your cc details over to these thieves.
