Called in the morning with inquiry to replace a fire extinguisher and got it replaced by mid day. I don't know any other place or shop who can do speedy service like that. Paul is such a gentleman where he took his time explaining the detail about extinguisher and required fire house for the property while he was on site. Will also been awesome in answering all my initial query. I can see that we will be back to you guys in the future and definitely will refer you guys to others.

My name is Steven Johnston. I am en electrician by trade (apprenticed in 1979). I have been working in the fire protection industry since 2008. My work roles have encompassed installation, service and maintenance of fire control and indicating equipment, emergency warning and intercom systems, aspirating smoke detection, emergency and exit lighting, sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, diesel and electric fire pumps, fire hydrants, fire hoses and first attack fire equipment. I have found the publications by Firewize pertaining to the requirements, regulations and responsibilities for technicians to be an enormous help in fulfilling my duties and responsibilities, of a fire protection technician. It's the first publication i have seen (I've seen a lot) through it's unique format that delivers the requirements of periodic service in a simple easy to understand and follow presentation. It clearly has helped me perform without confusion and indecision by it's comprehensive yet user friendly delivery of instructions. I will be using these publications as a guide to ensure i perform my duties correctly and professionally from now on. They will always be within reach of myself and many fellow work colleagues that have obtained them to fulfill our work practices. Truly a fine piece of work from someone that gets what technicians need to help them and in complete contrast to the thoughtless, difficult to comprehend standards which to me is nothing more than a long list.
