Awful experience. Received an order for 40 tshirts. The sizes of these T-shirts run 4 sizes smaller than the standard size. Most of the girls usually wear a size 4/6 but could barely fit a size 10. Would never purchase T-shirts from here again. We ordered T-shirts for a function and now 40 girls will be T-shirt less for this event. We are out a lot of money and have quite a few disappointed girls. Tried to explain to customer service that it would have been better for them to explain the T-shirt’s run 4 sizes smaller than you would expect, but they refused to acknowledge this. We were met with a lot of apprehension and denial. The gentleman who served us, Mark, kept repeating the dimensions of the tshirt sizes instead of answering our concerns. Left with no option but to wear these extremely tight T-shirts. Thanks for nothing.
