Good for kids
My daughter has been attending Norwood Ballet Centre for the past 7 years; she attends multiple classes over the week. We are Indians by ethnicity. NBC has an exceptionally supportive and culturally competent environment. Tara and Lauren are excellent teachers and lovely human beings. My daughter adores them. Jacqui is outstanding as well. Everyone associated with customer service in NBC is very professional as well as supportive. We could not have chosen a better dance academy than NBC

Beyond happy with the caring nature, supportive environment, exclusive attitude and excellent ballet tuition. We have been attending for 8 years and my daughter has developed wonderfully. She is growing into a young adult surrounded by caring and loving people. She has the confidence to try new things, be herself and appreciate the effort it takes to succeeds. She hasn’t always been the best student, but the patience of Tara, Lauren and Miss Thompson has been invaluable. She has always been included, no matter what she looks like!
My 4 yo daughter can be shy at times but she really loves dancing and wanted to take classes. Miss Hannah and Miss Tara are both extremely patient people and wonderful teachers. They always take the time to help all of the children to feel comfortable and enjoy their lessons. They have created a nurturing, inclusive and fun environment. Through their gentle encouragement my daughter even got up on stage and participated in a performance which was something that she desperately wanted to do, she was really thrilled about it! We are very happy with Norwood Ballet.
My two daughters have been attending Norwood Ballet Centre since they were 3 and they absolutely love it. They get very excited about their ballet lessons every week and always ask to go. The teachers are very professional yet understanding. They create such a nice and relaxing environment so that my little ones can really enjoy learning. Thank you so much Miss Tara and Miss Lauren. P.S. My little daughter loves Amy so much that she decides to call herself Amy, while my eldest daughter said she wanted to become a ballerina like Amy one day.
My daughter has been attending NBC for over 5 years now and thoroughly loves all the classes she is involved with. I have always had nothing but praise for the professionalism and enthusiasm that the teachers display and this shines through to the students. I can highly recommend this ballet school for those wanting their children to learn the art of dance from teachers who are truly passionate about their craft.
My three year old daughter has thrived in her endeavours into Ballet. In her Saturday morning class all participants receive exceptional support and guidance from their teachers. Most importantly to me as an 'over protective father' type, the wonderful teachers share their time equally across the group and cater to all levels of ability without bias. I have no hesitation in recommending this school to all wanting their child to learn Ballet.
My daughter enjoyed learning prep 1 ballet in 2016 and has been enrolled in Jazz/Hip hop class for most of 2018 and 2019. I found the teachers very friendly and accommodating. They helped my child come out of her sometimes nervous shell. She has also met one of her best friends at Norwood ballet. Keep up the good work :-)
Miss Tara has been a wonderful teacher to my son and daughter this year. I could not be happier with how my kids are going. It is my highlight of the week to watch my daughter's dance class. Having a viewing room to the studio is wonderful as a parent, reassuring for young students but allows them to focus on their class.
