These guys are the best at what they do. Their prices are fair, However they don’t have seats for the customers ;)

Worst customer service, after a look was suggested a 2 hour job and got to know over the phone that a part needs to be put in. Called in the second week. The lady (christina) goes crazy, saying you did not leave any contact details. Which I surely did to a guy whom I talked to, last time (King). Who I guess is a more mature and understands customer dealing. Was helping a friend actually, to enquire about his bike and third week of calling in, the lady asks who are you, you can be anyone? Asked my mate who was travelling overseas to talk to them and he was told not to call the store until they reach back to me or him by a call or sms. Its the third week, haven’t heard a thing and when I tried to check by calling in. Again the lady instructs not to call and I will get a call or sms, as told before and is going to hang up the phone. Customer service at its best. You guys need to seriously consider about the way you talk to customers and pace things up. Definitely won’t recommend to anyone. Especially the people I ride with. If I don’t hear anything back by the end of the week, might have to contact file an official complain with the relative authorities.

Asked them to do a full service on my bike just purchased and picked up the previous day. Told them to change/replace anything they think should be changed/replaced, because I'd use it for daily commute and don't want any mechanical/electrical problem when I hit the road. Got the bike back with mainly minor, cosmetic fixes and charged me 1K in total. Got home and started to realise all the issues they ignored/missed like not enough brake fluid in the reservoir, old oil still in transmission came out as black sludge when I replaced it 2 weeks later, rear blinker was not properly working, etc. Bad rip off place, avoid them by all means. They're also fixing lawn mowers, but wouldn't trust them even with that after this experience.

Don't normally let anyone touch my bikes but these guys know their stuff. Friendly staff and reasonable rates.

This establishment had my bike for 3 weeks [from memory] - and when i picked it up i couldn't start it.. they promptly ran out to assist and we got me going... i rode to Hornsby, stalling at almost every set of lights (as was the issue i had the bike in for..), returned the bike to them to work on, seems to be sorted.. i should admit at this point, they're very nice people.. very friendly and helpful, as opposed to a lot of places i have taken my bike to, however: i drive home on the F3 after picking up the bike and it turns off randomly while i'm riding... upon turning it back on, i now (permanently!) hear a high pitch noise that mimics the revs of the engine...later on i find out from another (more competent?) mechanic that the engine was " SCREAMING for oil!!! " and because of the lack of oil the bike is basically screwed.. it will cost me thousands of dollars to repair with a full engine rebuild and will probably severely shorten the life of the engine, to the point which i would be very lucky to sell it to someone... .... Invoice doesn't mention they even looked at the oil... i cannot stress enough that this was ON THE RIDE HOME FROM THE MECHANIC... (and yes i'm an idiot for not checking it myself... but jesus.. qualified mechanic should be checking this stuff..) bike is my only transport, going to have to settle for a pushbike for now...
