All the premium stuffs are there.. While the product and price is in its place, the 3 stars are for the experience in store. The person talking to us missed a beat, an important one. We asked specifically if a particular item is in display. We were told no, and we asked again, same answer. I dont know or let me check were valid answers. Turns out the item was on display right around the corner. Please train staff better, its a lazy thing that management of companies do, ignore training customer facing staff training. Business must be really good to not care like this..

Awful experience, i have never experienced such a bad customer service so far. They simply ignore customer by pretending that they are super busy and didn’t approach me once enter their showroom. none of them help me find what i need they just referred me to relevant section and said that’s all we have. none of them wearing name tag and very was untidy. Variety of products are very limited and most of them doesn’t have price tags or specification sheets. Never recommend anyone to visit their showroom. Very disappointed
