In fact this is the only place I found that they are good for breakfast. The reason I gave 3 stars is that the furniture is not up to the level to be comparable to the North American resturans. I hope the owners should go to Canada and see for themselves how comfortable the furniture is there. But I agree that the staffs are friendly.

Love pancakes on the rocks BUT This particular one was a pretty mundane experience. There was no lovely vibe or atmosphere. We made a reservation and got out on a table that was pulled away from another table in front of us and then plonked in the middle of the room with people starting at us... Why you ask. May have been the dramatic entrance of the waiter as he separated the two tables in the middle of the room and strutted off like wwe were such an inconvenience for him. Super awkward! I'm lucky I had good company to make the situation delightful. Food was average as. I love the pancakes every time I have been. This time I chose the eggs, bacon and hasn't.... It was oily, tasteless and bland. Didn't enjoy it! I rate the one in the city and the rocks
The food was great. They don't split bills which was hard having 13 people. They split us into 2 "tables" but then mixed up what was charged for each half of the group so one of the group had to pay for everyone then try and figure out who got what after the event.
Comfort food, classic pancakes with a wide range of menu that can cater to everyone from kids to elderly. We had the Big Breakfast Pancakes and Chicken & Mushroom Crepes. The food tasted alright, just rather dislike the potato hash cake, which was rather bland. Otherwise my favourite go to would be the Black Forest Pancakes. Won’t recommend the coffee, if you expect cafe standard.

I really enjoy the Pancakes on the Rocks in Northmead and I've been there quite a few times as I live nearby. It's quality is on par with the original in the actual "The Rocks" in old town Sydney CBD and it's the ultimate comfort food. Top quality, well done and I LOVE THEIR WORK. Highly recommended!
Fantastic customer service, the waiter was on point. The place has a non pretentious family vibe. The atmosphere is 90's diner vibes so has a nostalgic feel to it but in a kinda good way. The food is nice. The coffee isn't so Stella and could benefit with an upgrade to the more fancy stuff you see these days. I'd be here more for a good coffee. But, the establishment is about the food so in that respect it does okay.
