I ordered 2 boxes of brown retail paper bags from Ozepac on April 12th. I was extremely impressed that the items were shipped immediately. The delivery should have taken 1-3 days as per their website. Unfortunately, the courier service Ozepac chose for me didn't quite follow through with the delivery as promised. I received nothing for quite some time. On April 21st I got a little worried and went onto the courier website to see what had happened to my parcel. Upon entering the Consignment #, the website told me that they had supposedly tried to deliver to me on April 16 and April 17. No card was ever left in my mailbox. I emailed Ozepac to let them know what's going on. I also emailed the courier. I didn't get a response from either. On April 23 someone finally answered the phone at the courier company. I was advised that my parcel had 'only just arrived' at the depot. Strange....supposedly there had been 2 delivery attempts. I advised I would like to pick it up in person. I gave my phone number because they have to 'ring me and let me know when it's available'. The following day I received a text message too late for me to go pick it up. Then it was Anzac Day, so finally on April 26, I received my items. I informed Ozepac via email of the huge delay and asked them if there was an option to use a different courier company for any future orders. It is now April 30 and I have not gotten a response from Ozepac. So no, there won't be any future orders.
I ordered boxes and requested to pickup the boxes from Northmead instead of getting them shipped. On the way to picking up the boxes my car broke down and so I wasn't able to get there. I called Ozepack Solutions and spoke to Gary who helped immensely organise of the boxes to be shipped and was so quick to help. 10/10 help. Thank you!!
Extremely unimpressed, had my order delivered to someone else - not at fault of the courier, ozepac incorrectly labelled my order. Wont answer phone calls or emails. All I want is a refund as i don't have the goods at all. Won't be using or recommending this company anymore
